Identify Target, Key Customers: Tips To Help You Define Your Target Audience
Briefs for the identity design creation include a lot of points, and we decided to start showcasing how we work through all of them in Gingersauce. First stop – Key Customer. Let’s go!
The process of creation should start with defining who is the key customer, the person for whom everything was started.
Different advertising agencies and designers may have their own tools and methods for describing a key customer. But in general, it always looks like a dossier. You need to collect the general information about the person, then move on to more imaginative things: character, tastes, hobbies.
What prevents your person from enjoying life? What do they dream of? Who are their envies? What do they hate? Where do they spend Friday evening? And so on.
Express for whom everything is planned? The more specific you describe your target person, the easier it will be to understand how to enter their world with your offer.
When describing your key person, you can follow this pattern we created in Gingersauce. Don’t thank us 😏
P.S. Would you like it if we automated the process of describing the Key Customer inside Gingersauce?
