Nowadays there are companies that think they are already brands, although this is not yet the case. Each of them has a ‘Brand pack’ – markers of the brand that include a logo, corporate colors, mission, and vision statements…
…but customers don’t care, the team doesn’t care and even founders don’t care. No one is simply interested. Such companies are not brands. They have it just to have, and that’s all.
Brands are consistent in all communication channels, they emphasize all connections with the same style.
