Trap 1: Redefine Positioning
Companies build all of their ideas around the price and quality of the product: either it is convenient, or tasty, or profitable, etc. This makes them similar to each other, like leaves on a tree. All those “traditional” and “high-quality” don’t do anything for you, don’t they? It is very easy to change one such company for another without any remorse.
Help people answer the question: why did they choose you? (“Because we are of high quality” is not an option).
